The Regina Floral Conservatory has five public tea’s every year. There are four one-hour sittings. The Tea is in the conservatory. Guests can enjoy their drink and do some other things (garden tea, little gardeners club, family day, etc).

These events are happening at the Conservatory a lot. When they happen, the conservatory will be closed to the public because it is for these events only! Make sure you check before you make any plans! The legendary indoor flower show is open every year from September to June. Regina Floral Conservatory hosts five public teas each year. There are four one-hour sittings. You can have tea or coffee while you are doing another activity, like playing with the Little Gardeners Club.

The Conservatory is closed to the public when it has an event, but most of the time it is open for visitors from September to June. The main attraction at the Conservatory is an indoor flower show that is open every year from September to June. The Conservatory has six different flower displays. They change every month. You will find cactus, figs, succulents, orchids, pine trees and lots of other plants.

There are a lot of spaces to do things like paint or draw. If you want to have lunch with your family you should call ahead and make a reservation because tables fill up fast! The Conservatory has six theme flower displays. The permanent collection includes figs, pines, succulents, cactus, orchids and more. Relax by the water fall or paint.

Admission Fee

You don’t need to pay admission unless it is Family Days or Teas. If you want a tour, you need to make a reservation and the volunteer needs to be there. Admission is free, except for Family Days and Teas, when public access is restricted. You can’t go in as a visitor without buying tickets. But you can give money to RGA instead if you want to do something nice for them.

You can also book a tour ahead of time and ask volunteers if they are available when you get there.

Conservatory Teas are a few times a year. They are great for meeting people who love gardening. Family days happen twice every two years. There is lots of activity, like cooking demos and compost courses.

The Regina Floral Conservatory is close to Albert Street, with free parking. The conservatory is open in the afternoons from September-June, and it’s wheelchair accessible. You should book classes well in advance because they often have limited space available but the events are free to attend! Every few months, the Regina Floral Conservatory has a special event called Conservatory Teas. People visit from all over.

These events are good for people that love gardening. In Regina, there is a place called the Regina Floral Conservatory. It is close to Albert Street and provides free parking space in the lot next to it. There are many educational programs and clubs for kids too! You can go to these events for free! The conservatory is also wheelchair accessible – you can get inside of it even if you have difficulty walking! From September through June, the conservatory opens at 4:00 pm every day except on Sundays and holidays when it opens at 1:00 pm. The conservatory changes its displays over six times a year.

They have special ones for Christmas, and for the Spring. Do not visit twice without seeing something new! The conservatory is also used as a teaching centre for young people. Join the Lil’ Gardeners Club, which happens once a month and where children under 5 can plant their first seed with their parents or grandparents. Take care of your plants by giving them plenty of water! The conservatory will change every so often.

There are special displays during Christmas and spring. The conservatory is also a place where children can learn about plants and horticulture. Call ahead to reserve a picnic table to eat lunch or play with your family at the conservatory. Join the Lil’ Gardeners Club, where once a month kids under 5 years old can plant their own seed that they get to take home and soil it.

The plants are different colors like blue, light blue, deep red and more. You will feel soothed by their natural aromas of cactus, trees, orchids and succulents when you go to smell them. This is also a place where people come to read books while listening to the sounds of waterfalls or they take pictures with their camera. This is a place where you can relax and enjoy the flowers.

Hours, Admission & Direction

You can rent the conservatory for private functions. It is not available for rent during our yearly shutdown, as listed on our website. Visitors are allowed to take photos when visiting the Conservatory. Please see our photography guidelines if you plan on taking personal photographs with a professional or amateur photographer.

The Regina Floral Conservatory is located at 1450B Fourth Avenue, on the north side of Fourth Avenue and St John Street near Parks & Open Spaces Building. The conservatory can be rented for a private function. But during our yearly shutdown, as stated in the operating hours, it is not available to rent. Visit the Rentals page for more information about renting our conservatory. Visitors are allowed to take photographs while visiting the Conservatory.

Please see our photography guidelines if you are planning a personal photograph session with an amateur or professional photographer. The Regina Floral Conservatory is open all year. People can pay to visit the conservatory or they can come for free on days we don’t have an event. There are things you can do like drink coffee and tea and take a tour of the conservatory. If you pay to visit the Regina Floral Conservatory, you will be encouraged to give money.

The conservatory is supported by donations from people who care about it. For $2, you can buy tea or coffee which helps keep the doors open for our elderly citizens. The conservatory is open every day from 1:00 PM until 4:30 PM except on special event days as listed below. Admission is free unless there is a special event going on that day
